Registration for the fall season will remain open until August 31st. The season is tentatively scheduled to begin the weekend of September 9/10th. The season will extend 8 weeks with a planned completion the weekend of October 27/28th. The fee for the 2017 FNLL fall season will be $125. The FNLL fall program not only allows both boys and girls to continue playing baseball, it also serves as a development grounds for coaches to continue working with players as players begin the transition to play at the next level.
Note: Players must reside in these elementary school districts to play for Fairfield National LL: Burr, Jennings, Holland Hill, McKinley, North Stratfield or Stratfield. The other elementary schools are in the Fairfield American LL.

Fall Baseball Academy
FNLL Pitching Coordinator and Fairfield Warde HS Head Coach Brett Conner the 2nd annual fall academy program that gives the player an opportunity to continue improving their baseball skills. The academy will hold team style practices which will give the player repetitions and skill development drills, along with modified game-play coached by the Warde baseball coaching staff. Within each age group, teams will be formed to create a fun and energetic learning environment which will prepare players to compete at a higher level. 7-9 year olds will be on Melville #2 and 10-12 year olds will be on Melville #1.
Academy Program Dates:
(Every Thursday) September 7th - October 26th from 4:30pm-6:30pm.
*no academy on Thursday, September 21st due to Rosh Hashanah
7-12 year olds. Must be a registered FNLL player.
Melville Fields - Both fields will be used and separated by appropriate age groups. Ex. 7-9 year olds on Mel #2 , 10-12 on Mel #1

The FNLL 10U Tournament Team took home the D1/D2 Tournament championship. Fairfield beat Darien 8-1 in the championship game played in Westport. We finished the season 10-2.

FNLL Blue 11U Tournament team repeated as champions of the D1/D2 Summer Travel League with a win over FNLL White 17-6 at the Wilton YMCA on Sunday. It was a rematch from last year’s final showing the depth of the FNLL 11U program. This was another successful summer for FNLL Blue which finished the season with 19 wins against 2 losses.

The FNLL 9U Blue have won the 2017 Fairfield Little League Tournament. The 9U Blues faced Fairfield American in the championship game and came away with a 14-5 victory. The boys finished the summer season with an impressive 14-0 record, winning both the Monroe Tournament and Fairfield Tournament. Congratulations to all of the players and many thanks to all of the parents for their support.
FNLL's 12U Tournament team captured the 2017 Summer Xtreme 12U Tournament Championship with a 6-1 victory against Newtown at Fairfield Woods. During their playoff run, the team had five victories against District teams from four towns. The team finishes their Little League career as 4X Summer Tournament Champions (2015 Route 84 Tournament, 10U Champions; 2016 Summer Xtreme Tournament 11U Champions; 2017 July 4th War at the Shore Tournament 12U Silver Champions).

The 11U Blue tournament team wrapped up a 5-0 run through the inaugural Firecracker 50/70 tournament held in Fairfield over the July 4th holiday. Teams from Darien, Westport, Trumbull, Monroe and the 2 from FNLL participated in the tourney. FNLL Blue beat Westport 17-4 to take first place.

The 12U Tournament team won the Silver Championship at The War at The Shore Tournament, East Lyme, CT with a come from behind 3-2 victory in the 6th inning over Team Reyes.

The game between Orangetheory Fitness and Garden Catering was a nail biter. Garden Catering jumped out early to take a 1 run lead. But Orangetheory came back took the lead with two run innings in the 2nd and 3rd innings. But Garden Catering, the #1 Seed in the AAA Divison did not give up and retook the lead in the bottom of the third with a big 4 run rally capped off by a booming double by James Dougherty . Brady Takacs came in to pitch the last three innings for Orangetheory and struck out 7 batters to keep Garden Catering off the board. Henry Vincent hit a clutch two run double in the top of the 5th to give Orangetheory a one run lead. Team Orangetheory added another run in the top of the sixth. Final score, Orangetheory 7, Garden Catering 5.
