Field Status Update - Friday, March 24 and Upcoming Weekend
**ALL MARCH 25TH GAMES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN AND FIELD CONDITIONS** (additional details below):
** All grass fields are closed and will remain so throughout the weekend. All practices today and all games Saturday at Upper Adelante and Lower Adelante are cancelled due to rain and field conditions. Coaches will be notified by the league with information on rescheduled game times.
** Hawes turf remains open for Majors practices as long as it is not raining. In the event of rain this evening, all Majors practices will be cancelled for safety reasons. Infield dirt area at Hawes is closed. All Saturday games have been cancelled due to rain and field conditions. Coaches will be notified by the league with information on rescheduled game times.
** For Sunday's Pitching and Catching Clinics with the Argo Ladies, these clinics will go forward assuming it is not raining. Activities will likely be restricted to the turf area.
** For the Woodside High School and RCGSL Building effort, we will also move forward weather permitting.
Information regarding Sunday will be updated on the website Saturday evening and/or Sunday morning.
We are happy to announce we have pitching and catching clinics on the calendar! The ladies from Notre Dame de Namur have confirmed and are back to host clinics to our up and coming pitchers and catchers.
They will be at Hawes Softball Field on the following dates:
March 12, March 26, April 23 and April 30.
More dates will be added as their schedule allows. Please see below for the best time for your player to attend.
Beginner and Developing pitchers and catchers: 11:00 am-12:00 pm
New to pitching/catching and pitchers/catchers with less than a year pitching/catching.
Advanced pitchers and catchers: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
Pitchers and catchers that have pitched/caught in both Rec and Wicked.
Please remind your players to bring a mitt, cleats, water, and someone to catch for your pitcher.
Pitchers of all levels will need someone to catch for them (parent, sibling, or friend).
Catchers – please bring your catching gear if you have it.
