The Public is invited to attend an informational session presented by Access Sports Medicine on ACL injuries:
Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tears are one of the most common knee conditions in athletes, resulting from both non contact injuries or collisions in sports. They often require surgery and extensive rehab in order to get back in the game. Fortunately there are many ways to prevent these injuries.
Join Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics on Monday March 9th at 6pm in the Timberlane Regional High School Gym for our Free Education Series. Ben Thompson, MD and our personal trainers, Craig Favara, CPT and Nicole Spaulding, ATC, MSM, NHLAT, CES, CPT-NASM, from Access Acceleration will be discussing the causes, treatment and prevention of ACL tears, and how to get back in the game post-injury.
There will be the opportunity for a question and answer session, as well as a chance to be entered into a raffle to receive a two week trial at Access Acceleration.
