9th Annual Danvers Soccer Saluting Soldiers Festival
Danvers Youth Soccer is pleased to invite your U-08 and U-10 teams to the 9th Annual Danvers Soccer Saluting Soldiers Festival, scheduled forNovember 8-9, 2014.
We thank you for your strong support in the past, and ask that you forward this along to any of your coaches who may have interest.
REGISTRATION OPENS ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 8th and CLOSES NO LATER THAN SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th.
For 2014, the Festival will again be accepting U-08 teams as well as U-10 teams, with a maximum of 48 teams in total.
As has been the case each of the past 8 years, this event is not for the benefit of Danvers Youth Soccer, all proceeds of the Festival will again be donated to Operation Troop Support, a non-profit organization that provides personal comfort and support items to service men and women stationed in desert warzones, wounded troops in military hospitals, and their families. The Festival raised over $60,000 over the first 8 years, excluding the many generous direct donations made by our participants!
The entry fee for U-10 is $275, while for U-08 we are requesting a donation of $250.
We hope you will join us for a fun weekend to close out the fall soccer season, and to support a very worthy cause!
