posted 05/16/2009 Our system gives you the option to get an e-mail and text message REMINDER of every game and practice on the teams your children play on. Those reminders are sent about 2 days prior to every event, and also 1 1/2 hours prior. If you are not receiving that notification, please log back into your family record:
(1) enter the "Edit My Account" tab,
(2) enter your e-mail and password as you did when you first registered. If you forgot the password, just enter your e-mail and your password will be sent to you,
(3) go to your listing as a parent, and look for the option to receive "E-Mail reminders of", and check the appropriate boxes.
(4) If you wish to also receive text messages, make sure the service provider is provided next to your cell phone number, and they will be sent there as well.
