Cardinal Girls Lacrosse is one of the premier Girls Lacrosse Clubs in the Mid-Atlantic. Cardinal was founded in 2005 and provides the most comprehensive lacrosse experience for girls in the Northern Virginia area.  Cardinal features a talented coaching staff, best in class training and skill development program and a highly connected and skilled recruiting platform to support players as they develop from new to the sport athletes to high school standouts and college players if they desire. Cardinal focuses on strong fundamentals, positional play and team concepts all at age appropriate levels.  Cardinal girls are among the best in the area and compete against top club teams from around the country in tournaments in and around the Mid-Atlantic. We believe strongly in multi-sport athletes, positive female role models, giving back to our community, helping girls reach their personal goals and having a lot of fun while playing!
