CLUB RESTRUCTURE ANNOUNCEMENT
My name is Jim Cobb and I am the new Director of Operations for Delta United Soccer Club. Takis Trobagis and I have partnered to form a new restructured soccer club. This is a brand new club with a new outlook, philosophy, and structure that promotes a vested interest for all players, parents and coaches!
Our mission statement is simple
"Playing the game because you love it!"
Emphasis will be on player development not just on the field but off the field. So many girls stop playing soccer because of the high expectations, commitment and pressure of competitive soccer. We at Delta United are interested in creating "life long relationships" that go beyond the game.

Delta United SC is a club for players and parents that want something different...a philosophy that is more interested in a player's development both on and off the field!
We are betting there are many players out there that want to play competitive soccer without all the stress! Why does it have to be all or nothing? Why can't there be a competitive club that understands that soccer isn't everything? Finding a balance shouldn't be that hard!

Provide an "Affordable" club option
- you only pay for what you participate in

Use a "Sliding Fee Structure" that decreases as the roster grows
- We want our parents to be advocates & reward them for it!

Only hire nationally licensed coaches & pay them a great base salary along with a per player fee
- We want our coaches to stay & have a vested interest in the club's success!

Emphasis is on development & we back that up with a "if you pay you play" guarantee
- All players are guaranteed to play a minimum of 1/3 of the game
- Additional playing time beyond that will be merit based

Program Seasons Offered
- 12 Week Fall Season (U10-U14)
- 10 Week Spring Season (U10-U19)

Training Schedule
- One mandatory team practice per week
- One group skills practice per week
|
Summer & Winter Team Training
- Will no longer be included in the club's cost structure
- We will offer both Summer and Winter Clinics for those wishing to participate

Tournaments
- Will no longer be included in the club's cost structure
- Teams wishing to participate are encouraged to do so on their own
|
Delta United Junior Academy
- Will be offered year round in 6 week increments
- Prices will vary based on facility used and participation
|

Uniform kits are additional...no costs set yet but they will be more affordable!
Current Delta FC Player Invitation
All current Delta FC players are being invited to continue with their established teams for the upcoming season!
Tryouts are not required but your participation is requested
To take advantage of this invitation the player must "commit" by June 1st, 2013
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to formally commit
(Should the team not form then all deposits will be returned)
