  • 2014 LJGA Registration - Registration for the LJGA 2014 Season has closed for the Aces, Par, Birdie and Eagle Divisions. Masters Division is still open until May 15th. For those Parents that signed up but have not paid the registration fee, please complete the payment process before May 3rd. If you have a question, please contact us using the "Feedback" tab on the Homepage.
  • Team Mathias Charity Golf Tournament - Thanks everyone who participated in this event! It was a success far beyond our greatest expectations. Watch for photos to be posted soon.
  • Partnerships - We have established several great partnerships for the 2014 season. Please read through them often - listed below - as we'll be adding others shortly.
  • 2014 Assessment Clinic The Event will be held on May 3 at Raspberry Falls in Leesburg. All new players must be assessed in order to be placed in a Division. Returning players wishing to move up to a higher Division must also be assessed. Returning players wanting to remain in the same Division as they played in 2013 may skip the assessment. A description of each Division is posted on the Loudoun Junior Golf web page under “About LJGA”.
    • The schedule for assessments is based on the first letter of your last name and is as follows:
      • 9:00 - 10:00         - A - C
      • 10:00 - 11:00       - D - H
      • 11:00 - 12:00       - I - M
      • 12:00 - 1:00         - N - S
      • 1:00 - 2:00            - T - Z
    • When you arrive at Raspberry Falls, go to the Driving Range and check in. Your assessment will then be conducted on a first come, first serve basis. An assessment typically takes about 20 minutes during which the kids hit drives, irons, putts, and chips. The shots are scored and totaled to determine what Division the Player is placed.
    • Assessment for the Masters Division will also be held on May 3 starting about 1:30pm. New players registered for Masters or returning players wishing to move into Masters must provide proof of an 18 handicap or better. Players unable to provide this documentation will play in a 9 hole qualifier in which they must shoot better than 50 in order to play in Masters.

LJGA Mission
Our Mission
The Loudoun Junior Golf Association (LJGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the youth of Loudoun County, Virginia and its surrounding area. The LJGA seeks to provide affordable access to the game of golf to young men and women (ages 8-18) by partnering with local golf facilities and by offsetting costs through donations and sponsorships. Our goal is to teach the game using expert instructors and to provide competitive tournament play while instilling into our members a respect for the rules, etiquette, and The Spirit of the Game.
