  • Registration for the 2017 LJGA Season is now OPEN. The tournament schedule for the 2017 is now posted in the Documents section linked on the left of this page. The schedule is also available on the Golf Information tab, select "Schedule", then select "Team" (which are the golf Divisions). Remember registrations are incomplete until payment has been made, thank you.
  • The Rules Clinic and Uniform Pick Up has changed to May 31 and June 1, details to follow.
  • For details of the Jay Gallagher Scholarship or to make a donation, please click on the tab above. Optionally, a check payable to "LJGA" may be mailed to the address at the bottom of this page. When mailing a check, please specify "Jay Gallagher scholarship" on the memo line.  
  • Team Mathias - We are pleased to announce that the LJGA continues to partner with Team Mathias in support of childhood cancer research. The 4th Annual Kicking Cancer Charity Golf Tournament will be played on April 26, 2017 at Raspberry Falls and registration is now open. Check back soon for updates.  
  • College Prep Golf Tour - Members of the Loudoun Junior Golf Association are entitled to a free membership in the College Prep Golf Tour. Your promo code will be provided once you register. If you have any desire to play golf in college, this is a great opportunity to be seen by college coaches and recruiters. Register soon, this offer expires March 1, 2017

  • Sr PGA Championship Volunteers - The 2017 Senior PGA Championship will be held at Trump National Country Club during the week of May 23 – 28. Boys and girls ages 14 – 21 and adults are encouraged to apply online to volunteer during the tournament week. Youth volunteer positions include Standard Bearers and maintaining Leader Boards and Monster Boards. All youth volunteers will receive a shirt, hat, food and water vouchers, and a waiver of the volunteer fee. This will be a wonderful opportunity to get up close with some of the greatest players in the game and to be a part of the Championship. Details can be found in the Documents section. 

  • All Loudoun Golf Team - Congratulations to all current, past, and future members of the LJGA selected by Viva Loudoun to the 2016 All Loudoun Golf Team! Great work everyone! Click here for details.

We are pleased to announce the partnerships listed below that will be provided through the LJGA to its members at special discounts. All of these are additional/optional offerings and any payments are made directly to the offering party.   
  • The First Tee of Greater Washington – We are pleased to announce that First Tee of Greater Washington is again offering golf instruction and life skills clinics in our area. Details of the program offered by the First Tee of Greater Washington are found here. This program offers low cost instruction with PGA Professionals and is great for players looking to get ready for the upcoming season. An overview of The First Tee can be found in the Documents section to the left of this page.
  • Scholarships - The LJGA offers two $1,000 scholarships each year. Congratulations to our 2016 winners Maggie Kingora and Logan Goodrich. Click Documents on the left to review the applications.
  • Sponsorships - We are seeking Corporate Sponsors for the 2016 Season at various levels that offer great opportunities for you or your company. You may download our Sponsorship Package from the Documents section.
  • Pictures - A lot of great pictures from last season have been loaded for your viewing pleasure. Click on Pictures at the left to access them. If you have pictures you'd like to share, contact your Division Commissioner.
  • Golf Merit Badge - Any LJGA member actively enrolled in the Boy Scouts of America and wishing to earn the Golf Merit Badge is asked to send email to this site. A free merit badge clinic will be held at the end of the season. Click on the Document link to the left and download the merit badge work sheet.
  • LJGA General Information - You may review and print our Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct, and other information by selecting the "Document" tab on the left of the LJGA Home page. Please be familiar with these policies prior to your first tournament.
  • Golf Club Swap - We have added a feature that allows parents swap or sell used golf equipment. This is for GOLF Equipment only. Submit your items to our web master for posting, using the Golf Equipment Exchange tab on the LJGA Home page.

Our Mission
The Loudoun Junior Golf Association (LJGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the youth of Loudoun County, Virginia and its surrounding area. The LJGA seeks to provide affordable access to the game of golf to young men and women (ages 8-18) by partnering with local golf facilities and by offsetting costs through donations and sponsorships. Our goal is to teach the game using expert instructors and to provide competitive tournament play while instilling into our members a respect for the rules, etiquette, and The Spirit of the Game.
