Welcome to Black Storm

South Jersey Boys Lacrosse Black Storm was established in 1991. Our boys travel teams consist of grades 1st through 8th, ranging from novice to experienced levels in the
Fastest Sport on Two Feet.

The Mission of Black Storm is to prepare our players for the next level of lacrosse in High School.  We work to accomplish this mission every day by playing the best opponents, playing as a team and honoring the game of lacrosse.

Boys' lacrosse: Four Shawnee players committed to Division I programs

High school athletes who have the skills to play their sport in college traditionally use their senior seasons as a chance to impress a scout or coach, hoping for a scholarship to help ease their progress to a new level.

But in boys’ lacrosse, it doesn’t always work that way. Often players who are thought to have college potential are chosen based on their play in summer leagues. Many are verbally committed to college long before their senior year.

Such is the case at Shawnee, where four players — two seniors, a junior and a sophomore — have already made college commitments.
