MOVIN-UP Fall Ball is finally here. Fall Ball is designed to get players ready for the spring season. It is for all skill levels and is open to, 5th through 12th grade students. Whether you’ve been playing for years or are new to the sport of lacrosse, MOVIN-UP Lacrosse Fall Ball is the perfect opportunity.  Fall Ball is a "no stress" environment, allowing every child the opportunity to learn the game, refine their skills and most importantly, have fun.  Come experience MOVIN-UP Lacrosse - lacrosse is North America’s oldest and fastest game on two feet.
High School Boys will operate two days a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Instruction will be focused on game introduction, skill development, game knowledge and game situations. The first practice of the week will be geared toward stick work and drills. The second practice of the week will be more game like situations and scrimmages.  Middle School Boys will run one day a week, on Thursdays.  The first half of practice will focus more on skill development and the second half on game situations.
The boys program will target 30 players, per each grade level, so please register soon to secure your son a spot.  We want to emphasize this is for ALL ages and abilities!!!!!  MOVIN-UP Lacrosse is run by Coronado Cougars Head Coach Jason Griggs.

$140 for High School Fall Ball $175 after Sept 1st.

$100 for Middle School Fall Ball


All players are required to have: Boys lacrosse stick, Helmet, Mouth Guard, Gloves, Arm pads, Shoulder pads and a boys protective cup


  • Middle School: Thursdays Practices 4:00pm-5:30pm at Anthem Basin.
  • High School: Wednesdays Practice will be held at Heritage Park 6:00pm-8:00pm (Field 2)
  • High School: Fridays Practice will be at Heritage Park 4:30pm-6:30pm (Field 2)

FIRST AID for Coaches
The City of Henderson is putting on a FIRST AID class for coaches, giving those who work with athletes the essential training for how to keep their team members healthy and safe.  All coaches are invited from any sport and they will be covering topics such as Heat Emergencies, Basic First Aid, Hands-Only CPR and of course, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the use of AED’s.
