GENERAL

6 Innings No new inning after 1:45, if you start an inning you finish the inning.  Playoff - No new inning after 1:45 no hard stop, game cannot end in a tie.  No Time limit in Championship Game Game is official once trailing team has batted 4 times 8 9 NO If a team is unable to field 8 players at game time a 15 min grace period will be allowed, then a forfeit is called. NONE
HITTING

Must bat all players in uniform, order cannot be changed. Batter is Out Must be added to bottom of batting order Skipped in order.  No Out Awarded Allowed Not allowed.  Cannot show bunt pull back and take a swing. In Effect In Effect
BASE RUNNING

Runner may steal 2nd, 3rd and home.

 

Unlimited Feet First Only, head first sliding is an out, unless runner is sliding back to base they previously occupied. Prohibited - No Simulated plays.  Runner must slide or avoid contact Runner Can be tagged out

Runner Can advance on Overthrow.

An overthrow out of play (Dead Ball) runner gets 1 base, in field of play runner can advance to to 2nd 3rd or home at own risk.  Allowed
PITCHING

 No Re-Entry.  Once pitcher is removed they cannot reenter as a pitcher but may play anywhere else. A maximum of 6 innings in any two consecutive games (e.g. 3-3-3, 6-0-6, 2-4-2 are maximum permitted situations). The maximum number of innings for a pitcher is 12 innings for the tournament, including playoff games. The pitching limits are NOT reset for the playoffs One Pitch = 1 Inning With 1st pitch delivered to batter No Limit 1 Warning per pitcher N/A Pitcher who hits two batters in an inning must be removed.

Not Allowed 1st & 3rd Base Only 10 Runs after trailing team has batted in the 4th Inning.  10 Run Rule in Playoffs & Championship  2 visits after which pitcher must be replaced Under 18 Must wear a helmet if coaching 1st or 3rd Starters and Subs shall have unlimited right of  re-entry Allowed for Pitcher or Catcher at anytime.  Must use last recorded out Unlimited except for Pitcher (once removed may not re-enter as pitcher)
BAT GUIDELINE              
LENGTH BARREL NON-WOOD WOOD ILLEGAL BAT      
May not exceed 33 inches in length May not exceed 2 1/4 inches in diameter.  No "Big/Double Barrel" (2 5/8 inch dia) bats allowed.   Only 2 1/4 inch bats marked BPF 1.15 and /or marked USSSA are allowed per Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Rules Only 2 1/4 inch barrel bats are allowed Batter is automatically out
