 Hybrid Training is combining pertinent baseball skill classes with strength, speed and agility sessions.The Atlantic Baseball Club is offering Hybrid Baseball Training Memberships for the 13 and 14 age athlete. The Membership constitutes classes in Arm Velocity Enhancement Progression, Linear Progressive HittingFielding/Throwing Instructional Classes, Instructional Bull Pen Sessions fused with Group Strength Classes. The premise is to build a better athlete/ baseball player in perfect synergy!! 

  This is a cutting-edge concept in training and ultra-convenient for the busy athlete. Weekly Baseball Skill Classes are self - scheduling via an online scheduling system. Players may schedule 8 hours per week of baseball classes!! This is to be concerted with Group Strength Training Sessions which are also self-scheduling with a wide spectrum of weight room time availability. Players are to weight train (3) three days per week with programs designed and supervised by Certified Strength Coaches.

Classes are limited to the number of participants as are memberships sold. Our results-driven system is designed to give the athlete the tools to develop and succeed as individuals in a small group environment.  Allow our 20,000 sq/ft facility to be your training home.

Why Should I Purchase a Hybrid Baseball Training Membership:  This program is designed to accommodate the serious athlete with the desire to ascend to the Next Level. It also affords the multi-sport athlete the time to train for baseball as well as become a better athlete at other sports.  A Hybrid Membership allows the opportunity for... 

  • Players to choose what classes, days and times they wish to participate in. All classes are scheduled by the player via our online scheduling system. Multi-Days and Times are available with up to 8 hours per week to train at your convenience. You may attend as many classes as you like as well. 
  •  The weight room is available a wide spectrum of times per week. You may self -schedule the recommended 3 Group Strength Classes per week. Freedom to train when you wish and not miss a session. 
  • Baseball Skill Classes are available Monday thru Thursday.
    • Session #1 - 7:00 - 8:00 PM
    • Session #2 - 8:00 - 9:00 PM
  • Group Strength Classes are available Monday thru Saturday
    • Mon-Thurs – 3:00 – 9:00 PM
    • Friday - 3:00 - 6:00 PM
    • Saturday - 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Hybrid Training is offered through Membership ONLY.
  • We are offering - One Month, Six Month and One-Year Memberships at applicable rates.
  • All training is supervised by our professional staff.
