A $200.00 per family volunteer deposit is required at registration. Skaters will not be allowed on the ice until this deposit is received.
This deposit is a separate check, undated and made payable to “IYHA.”
The deposit will be held by the IYHA Treasurer (and not cashed) and returned to you (or securely destroyed) at the end of the season, provided you fulfill your volunteer requirements and all ice fees are paid in full.
Volunteer hours will be submitted and tracked online via the www.iyhaleague.org website.
Multiple player families are asked to distribute volunteer hours between their teams.
Please keep in mind the goal of the IYHA Volunteer Policy is to distribute the huge workload of a hockey season among all IYHA families, for the benefit of our players.
It is your responsibility to seek volunteer opportunities.
