How are rosters formed for Indoor?

Players allowed to be on roster with spring teammates. However, we will not hold spots for players, get your teammates to sign up! The first 14(Youth Leagues) 15 (High School) field players plus a goalie from your school that register and pay will be placed on the team together. If more than 14 players register, we will begin filling a 2nd team. It is possible for a school to have more than 1 team registered in the league. Coaches may contact Lucky Lax for team placement advising. Combination teams are also formed based on registrations in order to meet 15 person roster requirement.

Lindsay Law Signature Form & Resource Review Required

The State of Ohio has enacted the Lindsay’s Law: Sudden Cardiac Arrest in Youth Athletics. This law requires coaches, parents and young athletes to review information on this condition.

Please review the following:

What is Sudden Cardiac Arrest?

A Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) occurs when the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating, cutting off blood flow to the brain and other vital organs.  Sudden cardiac arrest is fatal if not treated immediately, most often by a defibrillator.

To educate parents and youth athletics about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest, parents and athletes are required to watch a required video and read an informational handout. A signature form is required to participate in ANY Lucky Lax Event.

Parents/Players/Coaches are required to complete and submit a Signature Form indicating they reviewed information regarding Sudden Cardiac Arrest and the Lindsay Law.

Please Read over the Lindsay Law Signature Form and sign.  The completed form may be scanned and uploaded (preferred) during the Registration Process or printed and submitted on the first day of activity.  Please note that your daughter may NOT PARTICIPATE without a completed form.
