A. Go to our advertising page to get the contracts. Fill out the appropriate contract and deliver it to Brenda at the Sno-King office.
Q. Can I pay by Purchase Order?
A. Sorry, we can't handle POs.

Q. How big are the rink board ads?
A. Each rink board is 10 feet wide by 3 feet high.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of colors in my board ad?
Q. What format does the art work for my board ad need to be in?
A. The artwork needs to be in EPS format and ready for production.
Q. Can SKAHA help create my board ad?
A. Sorry, SKAHA does not have people with such skills.
Q. How long is the rink board ad displayed?
A. Rink board ads are displayed for one full year, but can remain up as long as you want if you renew the sponsorship annually.
Q. Do I get to choose where my rink board ad is placed in the rink?
A. Yes. Rink board ads are placed in the rink on a first come, first served basis.
Q. What happens if the rink board ad is damaged from the teams playing?
A. The board ads are going to suffer wear and tear during the season. The association will attempt to repair damaged ads at no additional cost to you. Replacement of the rink board ad would be at the advertisers expense.
Q. How long does it take to get the ad on the boards after I deliver my artwork?
A. It takes approximately 7-10 business days after approval of the art work.
Q. Is sponsoring a team tax deductible?
A. SKAHA is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please consult with your tax advisor on the specific details of your personal situation.
Q. Is there an extra cost for extra colors in the name plates?
A. The name plates (the team sponsor tag, which goes on the back of the jersey just below the number) are all 2 colors: one background color and one text color.
Q. Can I sponsor more than one team?
A. Of course! You can sponsor as many teams as you want.
Q. What happens if we run out of room for board ads?
A. At that point, people desiring a rink board ad will be put on a waiting list and informed as soon as an existing rink board ad does not renew.
