FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

Will there be a draft? Draft will take place mid February. All players are required to participate before they can be assigned to a team. Exceptions must be pre-cleared by WSA director.

Can I play with the same team as last season?: Each team is allowed to secure 3 players from the previous season. They are the head coach's son, assistant coach's son and 1 other player from the previous season. If it is a new team forming, the coach can only secure his son and his assistant coach's son. 

What is the cost? The cost is $95 We accept most credit cards, checks and even cash. As an added convenience, we will offer online registration. An additional $5 processing fee will be added to the cost of the registration.
 

Are uniforms included? WSA provides a uniform top and a cap. Your coach will determine what color socks and pants and where you can purchase these items.

What does the fee cover? Your entry fee covers field upkeep, uniform top and cap, insurance, balls, umpire fees and awards.


How many teams will you have in each division? We typically have 4  or more teams in each division.
 

When are practices? Practices are held according to coach's judgment. Complex fields may be available for usage however we do recommend that other locations be used.


Where are games played? All games are played at Whitehouse Sports Complex, Troup, and Jacksonville.
 

What time are games played? To be determined
 

What equipment do we need? BBall glove, a bat, batting helmet and molded baseball cleats.
