Refund requests received prior to registration closure (see Events Calendar) will receive a complete refund. If LYV is unable to place a registrant on a team, a complete refund will be issued.


Refund requests received after registration closure (see Events Calendar) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with a minimum $35.00 administrative fee being withheld. Additional penalties may apply, including non-refunding of uniform fees and PRCS fees.


Refund requests should be directed to the LYV Middle School Representative, LYV High School Girls Representative, or LYV Boys Representative. The Representative will forward the request to the LYV Registrar and the LYV Chairperson for final approval. The contact information can be found under Contact > Reps Directory. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing of any refund requests.
