South Central Pennsylvania Softball, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors which meet on a quarterly basis. Membership on the Board of Directors is open to any person that is appointed by their multi-team organization or their individual team, if they are not part of a multi-team organization. The Board of Directors votes on items that come before the organization. You do not have to be on the Board of Directors to play in any of the Leagues operated by South Central Pennsylvania Softball, Inc.
In order to be on the Board of Directors, your appointing organization or team must complete the appropriate forms and submit payment as instructed on the Board of Directors packet. The person being appointed must also complete the risk disclosure statement.
Once completed, the forms and check must be sent to South Central Pennsylvania Softball, Inc. P.O. Box 20663, York, PA 17402. Completing these steps prior to December 31 will insure that your name will be included on the Board of Directors list at the first meeting in January.
