Practice & Parade - Sunday Aug. 20

There will be practice tomorrow in Canton for players at 9:30 am.

In addition, we have been asked to participate in the Parade of Players at 3pm at the beginning of the Senior Football Final in Canton.  We are asking for players to line up with our club and show your medals, cups and shields from the CYC.    All players and coaches should wear their ISYL gear.

We are also trying to track down our banner from the CYC.   Please let me know if you have it.  We will need it on Sunday for the parade.

We hope you all can make it.

Thank you.

A chara,

Ahead of this weekend's All-Ireland GAA Football Championship fixtures all counties, team officials and players are reminded that mouthguards are mandatory for players in all grades, in all Gaelic Football practice sessions and matches.

It also requested that counties would circulate this reminder to all club secretaries within the county at your earliest convenience.

For further information see: https://www.gaa.ie/medical-and-player-welfare/mouthguards/

Please note for a player to fail to comply with a Referee's instruction to use a mouthguard is a cautionable offence. (Riail 6.2 T.O. 2014 (Part 2))

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
