Subject: Use of Mouthguards (Gaelic Football)

A chara,

Ahead of this weekend's All-Ireland GAA Football Championship fixtures all counties, team officials and players are reminded that mouthguards are mandatory for players in all grades, in all Gaelic Football practice sessions and matches.

It also requested that counties would circulate this reminder to all club secretaries within the county at your earliest convenience.

For further information see: https://www.gaa.ie/medical-and-player-welfare/mouthguards/

Please note for a player to fail to comply with a Referee's instruction to use a mouthguard is a cautionable offence. (Riail 6.2 T.O. 2014 (Part 2))

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Is mise le meas
