Issue with Notifications

Yesterday I started to hear about people who did not receive the cancellation notification. I can confirm that notifications are being sent out, but the sbcglobal.net and att.net (both part of the same service) are filtering out some, if not all, the messages. LA has been asked to look into this. Unfortunately, there is no way we nor LA can ever anticipate the issues until they happen as email providers constantly change spam rules to combat the growing abuse of spam.
Anyone with an sbcglobal.net or att.net email address should, for the time being, double check the schedule on their team page for additions, cancellations, or changes. It is recommended to contact your email provider and inform them that you are not receiving emails from the following and request that they ensure delivery according to the following:
