COPPELL, Texas – November 20, 2016 – Coppell Lacrosse Association, a North District Division I program in the Texas High School Lacrosse League, today announced Brandon Mullins, a member of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Coppell state championship teams, will become an assistant coach on its high school boys teams. After his time at Coppell, Mullins played collegiate lacrosse at Syracuse where he was a three-time All-American and three-time All-ACC honoree. Mullins currently plays professionally for the Boston Cannons, where he was named 2016 Rookie of the Year.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Brandon back to Coppell and excited to have him become involved with our program. He has excelled at the highest levels of the sport and has a ton of knowledge to share with our young men,” stated high school program director, Greg Goyne. “He is probably our best-known alumni and we are hoping his arrival will draw other alumni to get involved with giving back to our program.”

Mullins is joining the staff headed by Coach Jeff Roberts, which also includes Matt Mueller and Chris Dupree.
