Gorilla Club teams offer Fall, Winter, and Summer training with a schedule that allows you to play other sports.
7 Weeks of indiviual skill training on weekends starting in Septmeber
1 End of season Tournment/Game
*Baseline testing and written evaluations for every player.
8 Weeks of speed, agility and explosiveness training.
*Our coaches know the importantance of developing a well-balanced athelete.
2 Practices per week in June and July.
2 Tournments during the summer season.
*Skill development sessions and team practices.
Players that have conflicts with "in-season" sports can train at a different time (one grade level down/up).
We also allow players to attend training sessions at a different location on a different day of the week (even if the player just wants extra practice/reps).
