Healthplex Strength & Conditioning consists of functional movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on quality movements specific for athletic conditioning. Our comprehensive program design begins with Movement and Performance assessment, and builds strength & conditioning on top of a foundation of stability and resilience. All groups are lead by our qualified staff members for hands-on instruction from start to finish.
