Boys Schedule

  • Practices*: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:30 in the Chelsea Piers Squash Area
  • Fitness: Fridays from 2:45-4:00 at Darien High School
  • Challenge Matches and/or Match Play: Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00-2:30 in the Chelsea Piers Squash Area

* Promptness and attendance are mandatory.  Monday-Thursday the Board of Ed provides bus transportation from the Darien High School to Chelsea Piers, and back. The bus departs DHS for CPCT at 2:35 and returns back to DHS at 5:10. Players are required to ride the bus to and from practices.  If for any reason you are unable to ride the bus before practice.

Darien Referee Clinics

  • December 2018 - Dates to be announced
  • Attendees: All Players will be required to attend 1 clinic; Parents attendance is strongly encouraged
  • Instructor: Aaron Ford, US Squash Pro Tour (Tier 1)

Certification Requirements for Pro Tour Tier 1:

  • Activity must include thirty (30) matches per year at a minimum level of U.S. Championship series events. Ten (10) of these matches must include both players having a PSA ranking of higher than WR100.
  • Each official must attend one (1) U.S. Championship series event as an invited official.
  • Must participate in an approved certification clinic presented by a US Squash Pro Tour official.
  • Officials will submit self-evaluation forms of three (3) of their broadcast matches.
  • Officials will complete all mandated match assessment training (online) and submissions from US Squash.
  • Officials must provide documentation of four (4) successfully assessed matches from two (2) different US Squash Pro Tour officials or approved assessors. Each assessor will conduct an oral debriefing and documentation of the assessments will be provided directly to the Director of Officials.
