Uniforms: Make sure each player has an appropriate jersey for home games (or away if team has them). Contact head coach if any issues arise regarding player sizes, lost, etc.
Field Painter: Assign individual to ensure practice fields are painted properly and game field is ready to go when needed. This also includes have nets properly strung and set up on the field.
Home Games: Responsible for Game-Day Bin (clock, horn, scorebooks, balls, etc.), scorers table, and shelter tent arrival to field 45 minutes prior to start of game. Also, confirm 2 adults who can work at the scorers table for the entire game. If they have no experience, the referee will teach them how to run clocks prior to the game beginning.
Away Games: Communicate with parents of players regarding directions to fields, hotel arrangements, carpooling, game schedule for the weekend, food options, in-game snacks/sport drinks, etc. This needs to be done for each game.
Team Photos: Work with photographer to get photos for your team of individual players.
