Cheerleaders - ages 5-15
The registration fee for all players and cheerleaders is $180. There is a $20 reduction per additional family member, with a maximum fee per family of $420.
There are NO REFUNDS for registration fees. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must be PAID IN FULL to be placed on a roster.
All registrants are also required to pre-purchase $80 in raffle tickets at the time of registration. There is a maximum requirement of 3 books ($240) per family.
*Registrations will not be accepted for players with any outstanding equipment. Please bring equipment to sign up if you have not done so already.
REQUIRED FOR NEW AND RETURNING PARTICIPANTS:
ALL submitted documentation will be kept confidential
- Completed Registration Packet (Under registration forms)
- Photo Copy of Birth Certificate
- Current 2 x 3 Picture (must be on photo paper)
- Completed Medical Release Form with Doctor's Signature. (Under registration forms)
(Must be signed and dated after Jan 1, 2017 and is due July 1, 2017)
- Copy of June 2017 Report Card
- Registration and Raffle Ticket Fees
Players/Cheerleaders who have not submitted all paperwork will not be allowed to practice until the outstanding paperwork is submitted.
The large volume of phone calls and emails already received indicate we will have full teams at all levels this year. Rosters will be capped at 25 for football and 30 for cheer. Only those that have paid in full are sure to be on a team.
Any sign ups or payments received after June 1st will have an increase in registration fees of $30 per participant.
