Come find out what it takes to shoot and score with Jordan MacIntosh, a current Georgia Swarm Midfielder and MLL Rochester Rattler, and 3d staff at a Summer Shooting Clinic. (Jordan MacIntosh, number 29, pictured above playing in the 2015 MLL All-Star Game)
This two part Shooting Clinic will focus on a variety of shooting and finishing techniques to take the offensive player’s scoring abilities to the next level by incorporating all types of shooting drills from 3d, MLL and NLL. Each Session will work fundamentals but focus on different core shooting technique and give each player hundreds of reps in a short time period.
Jordan MacIntosh was a 2-time All-American at RIT where he led the team in points his Senior year. A six year player at Midfield for the Rochester Rattlers, Jordan was chosen for the 2015 All-Star Selection. Hailing from Ontario, Jordan has played in the NLL for the past seven seasons and is currently with the Georgia Swarm and Rochester Rattlers. He also competed on the Canadian team at two World Championships in 2014 and 2015. As a highly accomplished field and box player, Jordan has a wealth of knowledge about what it takes to train to become a great shooter – and scorer.
Player development is the most important and least emphasized component of lacrosse throughout the nation. Our main goal at 3d is to enhance and develop lacrosse specific skills while teaching players how to implement these skills in game situations. Shooting is a critical part of any offensive player’s development and should be a focus at all times of the year. During our training sessions players will receive a significant number of valuable repetitions with our staff in a variety of shooting and finishing techniques.
