WINTER INDOOR TRAINING

Geared towards the INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED level players, C2 Lacrosse's SPEED AND SKILLS Winter Indoor Training combines expert individual lacrosse skill building by C2 Lacrosse Director Kara Hogan along with small session intense speed and agility training. In each session, players will spend 15 minutes with speed and agility then 45 minutes of lacrosse training.
45 Mins Lacosse Training AND 15 Mins Speed and Agility Training
Each Session Runs 3 Weeks, Grouped By GRADES $100 Per Session
Training sessions will cover intense workouts that focus on advanced individual skills such as stick work, dodging, shooting, defensive positioning, take away checking, draw techniques & more.
Each session will work on a variety of techniques to allow the young athlete to maximize their athletic efficiency as well as improve speed, agility, form, mechanics and fitness.
