Spring Season Information

Spring in Minnesota is interesting- you never know if it is going to be dry, wet, cold or sunny.  We play in it all!!  We encourage teams (coaches, players and spectators) to come prepared for any kind of weather.  Here is some key information:

Games Played:
*Spring session begins March 27 and goes until the end of May with the tourney June 3-4.
*SCHEDULING MEETING:  We will be having a scheduling meeting on Sunday, March 5 at noon in St. Louis Park and ALL associations will need to have a representative from their team in attendance.  Games will be determined by each team so come prepared!
*Typically, 12U teams and 14U teams will have 4 home and 4 travel games but it may depend on your field availability.  10U teams have six games
*Turf fields are wonderful in spring - try to get a few dates and times for home games if you have a turf field available.
*Generally, the High School teams play Tuesday and Thursday- that uses up majority of referees - so the youth will not play on these nights as much.
*Games are held in rain unless fields close and there is lightning- please see weather guidelines
