2019 SPRING HOUSE LEAGUE

REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 1, 2019





This is the core of our program. 

Our House League lacrosse starts in grade K and runs through 6th. It is inclusive, empowering, instructional, positive, safe and FUN! It is fast and spirited, and meant to bring the best of field and team sports to our community.


The Boy's and Girl's leagues are organized by grade:
 

Girl's Program:
Kindergarten clinic - Saturday afternoons only
First Step: 1st & 2nd grade

Bantam: 3rd & 4th grade
Lightning: 5th & 6th grade

 

Boy's Program:
Kindergarten clinic - Saturday afternoons only
First Step: 1st & 2nd grade

Bantam:  3rd & 4th grade
Lightning: 5th & 6th grade


Dates: 
Opening weekend is late March (date tbd).
Regular season runs for 8 weeks, plus 
Top-Shot Year End Championships and awards

 

Times:
Friday evening clinics and team practices

Saturday afternoon games 
We have worked hard to design a schedule that, weather permitting, allows participation in lacrosse as well as other spring sport offerings or school commitments and activities.


Place:

We play on fields in Mamaroneck and Larchmont, as well as the beautiful turf fields at the Rye Country Day School, in Rye.
 


Cost:
Spring 2019 Fees:

House League: $235

Kindergarten Clinic is $165


Families with multiple players: $235 for first 2 players, $203.50 for each additional player

Registration will open on January 1, 2019 for our 2019 House League.  Regular will run through January 31, 2019.

Registrations received after that date are subject to availability and will incur a $15 late fee. 


All players must also be registered with US Lacrosse. If your player does not have a current US Lacrosse # valid through June 30, 2019, you will be prompted to renew/register via US Lacrosse for an additional fee. 


Coaches:
We train our coaches not only in lacrosse, but on the importance of fair and safe play, good sportsmanship and team building. Coaches attend Positive Coaching Seminars, and all carry first- aid kits, and first responders telephone numbers.
