AWA RAFFLE PROCEEDURE
Managers for each Football team and Cheer squad will be given one booklet of raffle tickets to distribute to each child. Each booklet contains 10 raffle tickets and each ticket is to be sold for $20. Football players and Cheerleaders are encouraged to sell at least 5 Tickets.
On Monday August 30th each football player and cheerleader will receive their booklet of 10 raffle tickets from their team Manager. Each booklet will have the player or cheerleader’s name on it.
The following Tuesday’s – 9/7, 9/14,9/21, 9/28 will be known as "Handoff Tuesdays". On these days a table will be set up at the practice field between 5:30 and 6:00. Players and cheerleaders can come and hand in any sold ticket booklets and all money collected. At that time only they will be given the opportunity to take more tickets to sell.
This table will be manned only by Megan Couch, Anne Santa-Maria , Gary Gold, Suzanne Gold or Paul LaGaipa . All tickets collected will be documented on a master list and money collected will be documented and given to the treasurer Jan Dorenbasch.
Tuesday 9/28 is the official last day to turn in all sold and unsold tickets for players and cheerleaders. All unsold tickets must be turned in at this time. Any lost tickets will be the sole responsibility of the family and they would be responsible for the monetary value of any lost tickets.
Players and Cheerleaders will receive prizes based on how many tickets they sell. These will be given out on "Handoff Tuesdays" as they turn in their tickets and money.
Sell 10 tickets receive AWA t-shirt
Sell 20 tickets receive $15 Apple itunes gift card
Sell 30 tickets receive $25 Apple itunes gift card
Sell 40 tickets receive $50 Apple itunes gift card
Sell 50 tickets receive Apple itouch
The raffle for the Grand Prizes will be held on Friday October 1st.
