Lil' Blazers Fall Clinic at Hood College

Please join the Hood College Woman's Lacrosse Team and Coaching Staff this Summer.

This Introductory Lacrosse Clinic is for Beginners & first year players in PreSchool & First Grade.

These Clinics will  focus on fundamantals of the game with an emphasis on stick skills which include throwing, catching, shooting and ground balls.

Sticks and balls will be provided for each player which can be purchased after the clinic.


When: July 21st & August 1st - Two Sessions 9:00AM-10:30AM or 5:00PM-6:30PM

FC LAX Summer League - 2018

FC Lax League will be hosting summer lacrosse opportunities for all of Frederick County and surrounding areas. Our organized leagues will be offered for youth (boys) & high school athletes (boys & girls).

Starting the second full week in June, players have the opportunity to gather and compete on a weekly basis in a fun and competitive lacrosse league. Our summer league is designed for all ages, programs, and skill level. Don't Worry - we organize our league so that athletes are playing against the  appropriate skill level and competition. 

2018 Titan Lacrosse Camp
The annual Titan Lacrosse Camp provides a wonderful opportunity to bring together the entire lacrosse community for a week of lacrosse and fun. The campers will learn from some of the top coaches in the state, work alongside past and current THS boys and girls players, and play with their friends from throughout the area neighborhoods. The camp is a celebration of lacrosse and our community.

Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp is an instructional camp where emphasis is placed on improving individual skills and basic team concepts, while also having FUN! The goal of this camp is to provide the best instruction and learning environment for young, aspiring lacrosse players. Our camp instructors will focus on teaching and showing proper individual skills for each camper. The basic and more advanced fundamentals they will learn at Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp will last throughout their young careers as they develop into complete lacrosse players.
Each day at camp, athletes will be placed in groups according to size, skill, and experience. In those groups we will teach specific individual skills and basic team concepts that are appropriate to that specific group. Although Rising Stars Lacrosse Camp provides a fun and learning environment, we will utilize competitive small group drills and team-work related tasks to motivate the athletes to learn specific aspects of the game. All players will gain in-game playing experience at the end of each day by participating in scrimmage-like scenarios and games.

Carroll Manor Lacrosse & The Western Maryland Chapter of US Lacrosse are partnering with the Frederick County Public Library to present a clinic for new players or players with less than one year of experience.

This ***Free*** clinic will be run by US Lacrosse Certified Coaches. This is a beginners clinic which will focus on stick work and fundamentals.

This Clinic is for Boys & Girls.  Full helmet and pads will not be required. Players should bring a lacrosse stick, a molded mouthpiece, cleats or sneakers, and a water bottle. There will be a few loaner sticks available. Learn about and experience playing the sport played by Native Americans long before European settlers arrived.

 Shepherd University High School Girls Fall Clinic

A high school clinic on Saturday, September 9th and would love for you to join us. Members of the current women's lacrosse team along with myself will be conducting the clinic. We will focus on advanced skills and ending with team play.

US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp


US Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, MD • June 19-21, 2017
8U: 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. each night

14U: 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. each night

Looking for a way for your child to improve his or her lacrosse game this summer? US Lacrosse will host its Peak Performance Camp, incorporating the philosophies and values of the Lacrosse Athlete Development Model (LADM) into best in-class instruction for the youth lacrosse athlete with at least a year of experience, from June 19-21 at US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md.

The camp will be broken into three different groups based on age — 8U, 10U/12U and 14U — and will feature a 90-minute session each day for a total of 4.5 hours of instruction from high-quality coaches with experience in implementing LADM methodologies.

At the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp, participants can expect a low player-to-coach ratio, providing maximum personal instruction. The camp will focus on skill development, making an effort to provide constant participation along the way. Included in the camp staff will be a trained coaching staff and certified athletic trainer.

For just a $150 registration fee, participants of the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp will receive a US Lacrosse membership (or renewal for existing members), a camp reversible, camp t-shirt, and three nights of instruction with highly qualified coaches and position specific training opportunities. Registration is limited to 50 participants, per age segment, per gender.

The rain dates for the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp will be June 22 and/or June 23.
