HIGH SCHOOL Spring Session: *** 12 Week - Extended Session ***      

Our high school program is different from our youth program. Our high school program is a very competitive program. Top players in the area play on the teams. We have open tryout with limited rosters.  Typically players will have to be Starters, All-Tournament team or significant roll players to make our AAU High School teams.

Players must register to on website to attend tryouts and receive current information.

High School program: This year we got NIKE/EASTBAY as a business partner the top teams will get free and discounted gear.  Cost is $350 including 8 Tournaments (Including Travel Tournaments), Practices and Coaches stipend. The season will run one session from Feb 20 until May 28. There will be an optional summer session. Our High School staff has College Level Coaches (Some coaches will be in playoffs for a few more weeks) and this year we are working with an SAT PREP Instructors for Juniors and Seniors. Players will get discounts or classes in English and Math cost covered as part of our season fees. Varsity Players may have YBA invitational work outs with William Jessup, Yuba College and Sierra College. The Varsity Black team will also attend NCAA Spring event for Local NCAA College coaches to evaluate them. In the last 3 years YBA former players have had over 40 kids playing college sports. Who's next?

YBA is giving 2 FREE seminars for the player’s parents who are trying out for our 2012 teams.
This Seminar will only be for potential YBA sophomore, juniors and seniors.
The goal is to get Scholarships and financial aid to every YBA Senior playing in our program.
YBA will be giving over $500 in Scholarship funds for YBA Seniors for college in 2013.

The Seminar will be on the following subjects:
Getting a Scholarship Athletic/Academic, Being Recruited, NCAA Eligibility Center, College Admissions, SAT Prep classes, Financial Aid – FASFA/Grants
