Many companies offer a program that will match your donations to non-profits. Please check with your company to see if they have a matching gift program. Most often, all you will need to do is complete a form and turn it in to either your company or to the non-profit. SCSA (Center Grove Soccer Club, Inc.), is a 501(C)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your contribution is tax deductible.
Below is a list of companies that we know have matching gift programs, and we've highlighted a few we that our SCSA members work for!
An employee makes $100 donation to SCSA, and her employer matches 2:1, providing $200 = Total $300 donated!
Here is How it Works!
Step 1: Ask your employer if they match donations to nonprofits, and what is the minimum amount that they require (often this is $50 or $100).
Step 2: Write a check to SCSA for the amount you wish, or make the donation online by going to our donate now page.
Step 3: Ask your employer if you need to send SCSA the "matching gift request form," or where you need to send it to at your company.
This process may vary from one company to the next.
