Warrenton Youth Sports Club Refund Policy
For basketball, all refunds requests must be made by the Sunday prior to November 15.
For recreational soccer, the deadline are listed below. No refund requests will be granted after the deadlines listed below.
The deadline to request a refund are:
Recreational 2015/2016 Winter Basketball - Sunday November 15th, 2015
Recreational 2016 Spring soccer - Sunday March 13th, 2016
Recreational 2015 Fall soccer - Sunday, July 26, 2015. July 26, 2015.
***Please Note*** If a team does not have a volunteer parent to coach the team, that is not grounds for a refund (same rules apply regarding associated fees and the deadline).
Process for Submitting a Refund Request
Refund requests must be made using WYSC's Online "REFUND REQUEST FORM" . To fill out the refund request form from our home page under "Forms to Download", then select "Additional Forms" and then the refund request form.
All refund requests will be assessed a $25 refund fee.
Uniform refunds will not be assessed the above fee.
Method of Reimbursement
A refund check will be processed after the weekend of the first scheduled games to those who paid via check. Please allow approximately one week from that date to receive your check in the mail.
For those who paid online, refunds will be issued back to the card used during registration if your refund request is made within 60 days of payment. Otherwise, a refund check will be issued. All refunds will be issued two week after the refund deadline; please allow an additional week for processing.
