Maureen has coached at the high school, middle school and youth levels since 1992. Founder and Director of Limerick Lacrosse, a PAGLA program for girls in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Former PAGLA board member. Currently Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Pope John Paul II High School. All American and in the Ursinus College Hall of Fame for Athletes. She has completed her US Lacrosse Level I, II and III Coaching Certifications.
Four-Year letter winner and captain at Millersville University where Nikki received a Masters of Education in Sports Management. Nikki was an Assistant Coach at Millersville for four years. Followed by five years as head coach at Widener University, six years as Varsity Head Coach at Perkiomen Valley High School and two years as Head Coach at Gwynedd Mercy College. A licensed official and long-time youth coach with Perk Valley Girls Lacrosse. Nikki has been with Dynamite since 2011.
2021 Black Coach
Lisa was the 2017 & 2018 Mercury High School Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Before becoming Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Perkiomen Valley High School, Lisa was an assistant coach at PV and spent three years as an assistant coach at Widener University while studying for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lisa, a 2009 Ursinus College graduate, was a 4-year starter and Sr. Captain for both soccer and lacrosse. She majored in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Coaching. Lisa received All-Centennial Conference honors for Athletics and Academics during each of her 4 years at Ursinus. At Penncrest High School Lisa earned All-Central League and All-Delaware County honors playing soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
“Senorita” is the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Phoenixville High School and was selected by the Mercury as 2014 Coach of the Year. Previously Assistant Coach at Temple University for 2 years and coached Ursinus College to an NCAA Championship followed by NCAA runner-up. Aamina was a High School All American and two time All American while playing for Temple University. Member of the 1988 NCAA Championship team and inducted into Temple’s Hall of Fame for Athletes. Senorita has been with Dynamite since 2009.
Amara was USA Today’s Pennsylvania Athlete of the Year while at Phoenixville High School. She was an All American and went on to play at Temple University. Amara was head coach at Marywood College and Perkiomen Valley High School. She is a long-standing coach at the highly regarded All American Lacrosse Camp in Florida. Amara has been with Dynamite since 2009.
2025 Black Coach
Susan was an integral part of the Penn State University lacrosse team that was consistently ranked in the top six and competed each year in the NCAA tournament. She was also a member of the Penn State Field Hockey team for two years. Long-time Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach at Upper Perkiomen High School with a brief stint coaching middle school. Founder and Director of Upper Perk Youth Lacrosse Program. First team all-league in both Field Hockey and Lacrosse while at Pennridge High School where she was selected Female Athlete of the Year.
2022 Black Coach
Four-Year letter winner and captain at Phoenixville High School in both soccer and lacrosse. Ali was named MVP of the lacrosse team, First Team All-League and Academic All American. She received a lacrosse scholarship and played at Division I Drexel University. Assistant Coach at Phoenixville High School. Ali has been coaching with Dynamite since 2009.
2022 Red Coach
9th grade coach at Perkiomen Valley High School. Division II and III Head Coach as well as assistant coach for over 16 years. 4 year West Regional All American and All Conference player at Wittenberg University. 2001 Offensive North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year. 4 year member of the Wittenberg Field Hockey team, 3 time NCAC All Conference player. Methacton Grad – field hockey, basketball and lacrosse teams.
Shelby was 1st Team All-PSAC East as a freshman at Bloomsburg University and her team won the PSAC Championship. All-League Goalkeeper for three years while at Owen J. Roberts High School. Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Pope John Paul II High School where she is responsible for all strength and conditioning training. Shelby has been with Dynamite coaching goalies and teams since 2013.
2023 Black Coach
Allie is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and Owen J. Roberts High School. She was a four-year letter winner at both programs playing low defense and midfield. She was an integral part of the Bloomsburg team that won the PSAC league title in 2012. Before joining Dynamite in 2012, Allie coached at BZ Elite in Reading, at numerous camps and clinics and taught private lessons.
2024 Black Coach
Coach Kristi Holstein played high school lacrosse at Boyertown High School before going on to play Defense/Midfield at Bloomsburg University. At Bloomsburg University she was a 4 year starter and All-PSAC 2nd team honoree as well as a member of the 2000 PSAC Champions. She started her coaching career in the Pottstown School District, where she was a teacher, coaching Lacrosse at both the middle school and high school levels. She then moved her coaching and teaching career to Spring-Ford School district where she was a high school basketball coach and the high school head girl's lacrosse coach. In 2010 she resigned after 5 years as the head coach to care for her three children. However, she couldn't stay away and in 2013 signed on to be the Spring-Ford girl's assistant lacrosse coach. She continues to hold this position. She has volunteered to coach the Coventry k-2 teams the past 3 years and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of the game and helping players to continue to develop their skills.
Catherine is the varisty coach at Daniel Boone High School. Played defense for Lycoming College. All Conference Volleyball Player at Lycoming College. IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad Team. Long Time Camp Counselor. Youth Lacrosse Official for PAGLA. Joined Dynamite coaching staff in 2016. Member of one of the first Dynamite teams!
Four-Year starter at Allegheny College and named to the IWLCA All-Academic Team. While at Methacton High School, Alexa was senior captain and selected as both Attack MVP and Coach’s Award. She has officiated and coached for Methacton Youth Lacrosse and Dynamite camps. She played for Dynamite and has been coaching with Dynamite since 2015. Alexa was chosen for the NCAC Branch Rickey Mentoring Program for her passion and interest in coaching lacrosse. The program pairs NCAC athletic administrators and coaches with female and minority students who aspire to have a career in coaching college athletics.
2025 Red Coach
Rachael was a four year starter and regular point scorer at always competitive Washington College. She was a member of three PAC-10 Championship teams at Boyertown High School and played for one of the inagural Dynamite teams! She coached BOLT Youth Lacrosse and Dynamite Camps and has been a member of the Dynamite coaching staff since 2016.

Emily was a starting defender at Lock Haven University. EmG was an integral part of the team's defense and was a consistent team leader in caused turnovers. Member of three PAC-10 Championship teams at Boyertown High School. Her stellar high school career included PAC-10 First Team All-Conference and Mercury All Area Honorable Mention. A member of one of the first Dynamite Club Teams! EmG coached BOLT Youth Lacrosse, Dynamite Camps, 380 Club Team before joining Dynamite Coaching staff in 2017
