What is the mission of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club? The founders of WYSC created the league as a place where children of all ages and abilities could learn about sports while having fun. The emphasis is on learning, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Teams:
  • There will be two teams per school this season
  • ​Once player is selected for team, they will need to register on this website. REGISTRATION
  • All Players are required to have a current Sports Physical. You can find that form "HERE"
  • A Code of Conduct/Medical Release form will be required to be turned in before any player can play in a game. You can find that form "Here"
  • A check for the uniform in the amount of $35 will need to be turned into the coach at the first practice.
  • The check for the uniform will be held until the end of the season.
    • If the uniform is returned to WYSC, the check will returned to the parent/guardian.
    • If the uniform is not returned to WYSC, the check will be cashed to cover the costs of a new uniform.
 
Practices:
 
  • Practices will be held as follows for each team throughout the season unless otherwise announced by coach:
    • Oct. 23rd-25th
    • Starting Oct. 28th they will be held ​Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
    • ​Courts will be shared
    • Practice times will vary from school to school, please see your school's page for the times

Games:
 
  • Each school will play the other four schools twice, one time at home, and one time away at other school.
    • ​Parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from away games.
  • Games will be held on Tuesdays and Thursday
  • Two schools each week will have a bye.
    • ​One school on Tuesday
    • One school on Thursday
  • ​The Junior Varsity team will play first, followed by the Varsity team games.
  • There will be five weeks of games
  • At the end of the season, there will be a championship game between the top two teams in each division, at a neutral location. 
  • Game start times will vary depending on the school they are played at. Please see schedule for times under your teams page. 
  • Games will start on Oct. 29th. The championship will be held on Dec. 14th at Wakefield School.
