Warriors Lacrosse - 2010 Fall Lacrosse

Warriors Lacrosse will offer a fall lacrosse program for all boys in 5th - 12th grades.  This program is open to all boys, regardless of experience, school, or residence.  Season will begin on Tuesday, September 1th and run through Saturday, October 30th.

  • Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 5:30 - 7:00 pm most likely at Holladay Elementary School and/or Trevvett Elementary School (location yet to be confirmed).
  • Games will be held most Saturdays, beginning September 25th, with possibly one or two games during the week.  Each team will play approximately 6 games.
  • Games locations may vary week to week.  Some games will be held locally and some will be played against Swift Creek Lacrosse teams at Clover Hill Athletic Complex in Midlothian.  Games may also be played against other teams in the area.
  • Cost is $145 per player.  Each player will receive a reversible tank-top jersey (pinnie).
  • Players will be assigned to teams based on their age and birth date.  Teams will include U-19, U-15, U-13, and U-11.  The number of teams will depend on the number of players that register.   We will also split up teams based on where players attend school.
  • Program is open to all boys regardless of school, spring team, or experience.  New players are welcome and encouraged to participate.  Participants are not obligated to play for Warriors Lacrosse in the spring.
  • Players are responsible for their own equipment, including stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm/elbow pads and gloves.
This program is not as serious or as involved as the main spring season, but is more structured than the summer program.  It is a great opportunity for new players to learn the sport before the main spring season, as well as give experienced players the chance to continue improving in the off-season.  Players will be placed on teams based on age & experience.  Teams will practice together as a team and compete against other area teams in "real", officiated games.

As with all of our programs, new players are welcomed and encouraged to play.  Our coaches will teach you the fundamentals and how to play the game.  All players must provide their own equipment.  Players must be fully equipped to participate.
