2018-19�¿½EYHA Board of Directors Nominations
The current EYHA Board of Directors would like to invite all members of our association to strongly consider running for one of the open 2018-2019�¿½positions. It is key to our hockey program to have strong leaders who are organized, hardworking and are dedicated to the development of our young hockey players. Board Members are expected to attend monthly board meetings, as well as participate in events sponsored by EYHA throughout the season. We hope you will consider volunteering for an open position to continue to build one of the strongest youth hockey associations in Columbus.
The following positions are open for nominations to the Easton Youth Hockey Association, Inc., Board of Directors:
Two Year Voting
Manages annual ice scheduling between EYHA, The Chiller, Columbus House Hockey and other rink facilities. Handles practice and game setup for both House and Select teams.
**Select Treasurer** VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
Manages Receivables and Payables for all Select and Tournament teams. Audits final ice invoices for Select and Tournament teams and reconciles Selects books and budgets.
One Year - Voting
Mini-Mite ACE Coordinator
Mite ACE Coordinator
Squirt ACE Coordinator
Peewee ACE Coordinator
Bantam ACE Coordinator
Responsible for oversight of each age division. Will assist in coach selection, house evaluation and draft oversight.�¿½Responsible for communication with coaches and primary contact for issue resolution.�¿½
Help establish annual budgets for each Select and Tournament team. Coordinate tournament selection, registration and accommodations.
Coordinates EYHA events such as Opening Night, Skate-A-Thon and the CBJ 50/50 Night. Primary roles are event management and volunteer acquisition.

�¿½ Nomination Process:
1. To be eligible for the election, the person must be a member in good standing of EYHA and submit a Board of Directors nomination form to be published for members to review prior to voting.
2. Nominations will be accepted from April 10 - April 20, 2018.
�¿½ Voting Process:
1. Board will approve submitted nomination forms.
2. On contested postions, members will cast their votes through the web site.
3. New members will be announced following the May EYHA Board Meeting.
4. New members will begin their tenure at the June EYHA Board Meeting.
